By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens, and packaging is occasionally changed by the manufacturer without notice.

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use. Always patch test before first use.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Where a comparison price is shown, it is a price at which the product has genuinely been offered. We may refuse or cancel an order — including where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price — and will refund you in full if we do.

5. Orders and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy sets out the detail. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

7. Your account and anything you post

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. If you submit a review or other content to this site, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and you give us permission to publish it. We may remove content that is false, abusive, or not a genuine account of using the product.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, United States.
